Certified Translation Services in Qatar, accepted by ministries, courts and embassies
Legal, official, business, medical and technical translation in Arabic, English and 100+ languages. Every certified translation is stamped and signed by a licensed translator, checked by a second linguist, and ready for Qatari government offices, MOFA attestation and foreign embassies.
Professional translation for individuals, businesses and government submissions
A translation that is not certified, or that has a single wrong name or date, is usually rejected at the counter. We make sure yours is accepted the first time.
Qatar runs on two working languages. Government services, courts and most official forms are in Arabic, while business, healthcare and education often operate in English. More than three-quarters of residents are expatriates, so documents also arrive in Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tagalog, Nepali, French, Russian and dozens of other languages.
We translate the documents that residents, companies and law firms need for residency, employment, company formation, court cases, education equivalency and visas. Each project goes to a translator who is a native speaker of the target language and works in that subject, then to a second linguist who checks names, numbers, terminology and formatting against the original.
You receive a certified translation on our letterhead with the translator's stamp and signature, matching the layout of your original so officials can compare both side by side.
Every translation carries the translator's stamp and signature on each page, our office seal and a declaration of accuracy, in the format Qatari authorities expect.

How much does certified translation cost in Qatar?
Standard certificates such as birth, marriage or degree certificates are priced per page at a fixed rate. Longer documents are priced per page or per word. You always receive a fixed quote before we begin.
A certified translation is prepared by a licensed translator and carries the translator's stamp and signature plus the translation office's seal, confirming it is a complete and accurate translation of the original. Qatari ministries, courts and embassies require this for official submissions.
Are your translations accepted by Qatari government offices?
Yes. Our certified translations are prepared for the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, MOEHE, Qatari courts and embassies in Doha. Tell us where you are submitting so we can match any specific format the office requires.
How long does document translation take?
Most personal certificates are ready the same day. Standard documents take one to three working days. Large legal, technical or corporate projects are scheduled with you, and we can split delivery into stages.
Do I need MOFA attestation before translation?
For documents issued outside Qatar, most offices ask for attestation in the issuing country, then MOFA attestation in Qatar, then a certified Arabic translation. Documents issued inside Qatar usually need only translation. We confirm the steps for your case before starting.
Can I send documents online or on WhatsApp?
Yes. Send a clear scan or photo by WhatsApp, email or the form on this page for a quote. If the receiving office needs the stamped hard copy, collect it from our office or have it delivered by courier anywhere in Qatar.
How much does translation cost in Qatar?
Certificates are priced at a fixed rate per page, and longer documents per page or per word. The price depends on the language pair, subject, length and deadline. Send your document for a free fixed quote.
Which languages do you translate?
We translate between Arabic, English and more than 100 languages, including Urdu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog, Nepali, Bengali, Sinhala, French, German, Russian, Turkish, Chinese, Spanish and Persian.
Is my document kept confidential?
Yes. Files are shared only with the assigned translator and reviewer, stored securely and deleted on request. We sign NDAs for corporate and legal clients.
Do you use machine translation?
No. Every document is translated by a professional human translator and checked by a second linguist. Machine translation is not accepted for official submissions and misses legal and cultural meaning.
Do you provide interpreters in Doha?
Yes. We provide consecutive and simultaneous interpreters for court hearings, business meetings, medical appointments, conferences and events, in person or by phone and video.
Can you translate my website into Arabic?
Yes. We localise websites, apps and marketing content into Arabic with right-to-left layout support, Gulf-appropriate wording and translated SEO keywords.
How many copies of the certified translation do I get?
One stamped original is included. Extra certified copies are available at a small charge per copy, which is useful when several offices need the same document.
